Every plan is a single payment for a stated period. There is no monthly billing, no card kept on file and no rolling contract that renews while you are not looking. When the period ends, access stops until you decide to take another one.
A connection is one stream playing at a time. You can set your details up on the television, the tablet and a laptop; what a one-connection subscription will not do is play on two of them at once. Households where two rooms watch different things in the evening want two. Each extra connection is priced under the plan card, and the number you choose travels through to the order message.
Because the work is the same at the start whatever the length — confirming the plan, setting it up, walking you through the install — and it is spread over more months. Nothing is withheld from the shorter plans to make the longer ones look better.
